Spread the cost with Klarna

Spread the cost with Klarna

Here at The Home & Office Stores we are making it easier for you to afford our great quality furniture by introducing Klarna as a payment method.

If you are unaware – Klarna is one of the largest and most popular “buy now… pay later” finance providers operating in the UK, by choosing the Klarna payment option during checkout you will be asked to provide a few details to Klarna in order for them to process your application. You can choose to pay the whole balance of your goods in 30 days or choose their interest free 3 x payments option – which allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 payments with no fee’s when you pay on time or interest!

How do I use Klarna on The Home & Office Stores website?

In order to activate the Klarna payment option during checkout you need to spend a minimum of £500 in one order – once the value of your shopping basket reaches £500 or more you can then choose the Klarna payment option during the checkout process. Once you have added all your details to the checkout and chosen Klarna as your payment option you will then be asked to provide some details to Klarna – these details will be used by Klarna to process your credit application with them and to approve your purchase. Once approved your order will be processed by us and you will recieve your order confirmation via email and all the needed information directly from Klarna… It’s super easy.

Some things to note:

  • Your credit agreement is between yourself and Klarna, we at The Home & Office Stores do not provide credit directly. We are a credit intermediary and not a lender, offering credit products provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ)
  • The decision to approve or deny credit is the sole decision of Klarna, The Home & Office Stores do not have any influence or involvement in Klarna’s credit scoring or approval process, if you are declined credit by Klarna and you think this is a mistake then you should contact Klarna directly.
  • As per all credit agreements please make sure you can afford it before entering into the contract, missed payments to Klarna can affect your credit rating and incur fee’s.

If you want to know more about Klarna, it’s services or wish to contact them you can do so by visiting their website
