Customer Notice - COVID-19 - We are Open and with the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation continuing to evolve we want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring all the advice from both the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the UK Government and evolving our procedures accordingly. As a small family online retailer all staff involved with the day to day running of the business work and live together so we are able to safely continue being here for our customers, please do get in contact with us if you have any questions and for the latest delivery lead times. We have been in regular contact with all the many manufacturers and suppliers we work with and at this stage as goods are delivered directly to customers they are able to stay open with some internal adjustments to keep staff safe. We have however found that many manufacturers are closing the factories so new product production will be affected leaving only stock available in their warehouses until manufacturing can safely continue. Currently it is not possible to offer home assembly service on any of our products and this service can only continue once it is safe to do so. At this stage delivery times are being affected and we are expecting many deliveries to take longer than normal with services such as next working day most likely to be affected as the pressure grows on delivery companies which will also affect nation wide services, Steens furniture items are currently taking an approximate 2 to 4 weeks plus, Furniture To Go items are currently taking a minimum of 3 weeks and would be an approximate 3 to 6 weeks currently, please contact us for the latest delivery information. At this time all products listed with Fast Local delivery will default to the none local UK mainland delivery time. Garden furniture in general has been affected by receiving unprecedented increases in orders which is causing stock issues and much longer dispatch and delivery lead times, at this stage manufacturers have backlogs of orders still to process and because of this they are unable to advise on stock availability until they get to processing each individual order of which they are working though by date order from oldest to newest orders so it is fair on everyone, please contact us prior to ordering any garden furniture sets so the latest availability and delivery information can be advised and explained. For items that are out of stock but available for pre order please check the product page below the product description next to the delivery information for the stock advisory and pre order information. In general it is best to contact us for the latest delivery information as things are changing on such a regular basis it is not viable to update every individual product page with the latest delivery information to avoid any disappointment.

Every customer is important to us and not just another number, we do not pressure sell or over promise and under deliver but we do give good honest advise based on your needs.
