Delivery times are continuing to be affected and we are expecting many deliveries to take longer than normal with services such as next working day most likely to continue to be affected as the pressure grows on delivery companies which will also affect nation wide services, Steens furniture items are currently taking an approximate 3 to 6 weeks plus, Furniture To Go, Stompa, Parisot, Kids Avenue, Thuka, Flexa and Trasman Kids items are currently taking an approximate 3 to 6 weeks, Flintshire Furniture and Sweet Dreams products are currently taking an approximate 5 to 10 working days however some deliveries are taking longer, please contact us for the latest delivery information and please note all delivery information at this time is an approximate time frame. Garden furniture in general has continued to be affected since the first lockdown by the continued unprecedented increases in demand world wide which is causing world wide stock issues and longer dispatch and delivery lead times, please contact us prior to ordering any garden furniture sets so the latest availability and delivery information can be advised and explained.

For items that are out of stock but available for pre order please check the product page below the product description next to the delivery information for the stock advisory and pre order information. Please contact us for the latest delivery information as things are continuing to change on a regular basis and it is not viable to update every individual product page with the latest delivery information.

General Delivery Information for UK Mainland Orders

We can deliver our products anywhere within the United Kingdom mainland and for many of our products an optional white glove 2 person home assembly service is available, all home assemblies will be carried out by the manufacturers provided delivery and assembly service. We are not able to offer delivery to freight forwarding companies for our goods to be exported.

Delivery for many of our products takes on average less than 7 working days, please note this dose vary depending on the brand, delivery location, if assembly is or is not required plus the weight and size of the items to be delivered. For larger products and products purchased with home assembly service delivery can take approximatally 1 to 4 weeks.

Free Delivery Information We can offer free delivery throughout most of the UK mainland but some delivery areas are excluded and not all brands are affected. Please see the delivery surcharge area information further down this page for more details. The following branded products are Free Delivery throughout all of the UK mainland and to the Isle of Wight, Parisot, Kids Avenue, Thuka, Flexa, Trasman Kids.

None UK Mainland Delivery We also offer Free delivery to the Isle of Wight for the following product brands Parisot, Thuka, Kids Avenue and Trasman Kids. On average we deliver to the Isle of Wight once per month and AB, KW, IV, PA, PH, postcode areas weekly/fortnightly.

Home Assembly Service For products where home assembly service is available it can be selected from the drop down options on the product page above the add to cart button. The Delivery and Home Assembly will be carried out by the manufacturers provided delivery and assembly service and they will contact you direct normally around 3 to 5 days prior to the first available slot in your area. Delivery with home assembly can take between 1 to 4 weeks and gives you the peace of mind the product will be correctly assembled and without any of the hassle or worry about damaging parts or getting it wrong.

Next Working Day Delivery Orders must be received before 12 noon and will be clearly stated on the product page if available below the product description. If next day delivery is not convenient a week day of choice delivery can also be arranged, please just leave us a note at the time of ordering and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Local Delivery Orders for Harrogate, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Pateley Bridge, Wetherby, Ripley, Ripon, Leeds, Bradford, Shipley, Ilkley, Keighley, York and surrounding areas can be as quick as next working day or up to 28 days depending on the products purchased and if assembly is required, please call for more details.

Please contact us for more details as this will be looked at on an individual order basis based on the delivery location and product weight, additional post code areas maybe affected but not listed above, delivery to surcharge areas can also take longer to be delivered over none surcharge areas.

To prevent delivery delays please provide a contact telephone number during the checkout process so that we can call to arrange a convenient delivery date once a route has been planned.

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a returns procedure which has been designed to cause minimum inconvenience.

If an order has been dispatched and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible but within 3 days from date of receipt of the goods.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability. As authorised retailers for all our brands in most cases we simply supply a replacement part instead of a full replacement causing minimal inconvenience.

2. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased using Paypal, the debited Paypal account shall be credited).
