Customer Notice - COVID-19 - We are at this time able to remain Open and with the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation continuing to evolve we want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring all the advice from both the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the UK Government and evolving our procedures accordingly. As a small family online retailer all staff involved with the day to day running of the business work and live together so we are able to safely continue being here for our customers, please do get in contact with us if you have any questions. We have been in regular contact with all the many manufacturers and suppliers we work with and at this stage as goods are delivered directly to customers they are able to stay open with some internal adjustments to keep staff safe. We have however found that many manufacturers are closing the factories so new product production will be affected leaving only stock available in their warehouses until manufacturing can safely continue. Currently it is not possible to offer home assembly service on any of our products and this service can only continue once it is safe to do so. At this stage delivery times are being affected and we are expecting many deliveries to take longer than normal with services such as next working day most likely to be affected as the pressure grows on delivery companies which will also affect nation wide services, Furniture To Go items are currently taking a minimum of 3 weeks and would be an approximate 3 to 6 weeks currently, please contact us for the latest information. At this time all products listed with Fast Local delivery will default to the none local UK mainland delivery time. Garden furniture in general has been affected by receiving unprecedented increases in orders which is causing stock issues and much longer dispatch and delivery lead times, at this stage manufacturers have large backlogs of orders still to process and because of this they are unable to advise on stock availability until they get to processing each individual order of which they are working though by date order from oldest to newest orders so it is fair on everyone, please contact us prior to ordering any garden furniture sets so the latest availability and delivery information can be advised and explained.

General Delivery Information for UK Mainland Orders

We can deliver our products anywhere within the United Kingdom mainland and for many of our products an optional white glove 2 person home assembly service is available, all home assemblies will be carried out by the manufacturers provided delivery and assembly service.

Delivery for many of our products takes on average less than 7 working days, please note this dose vary depending on the brand, delivery location, if assembly is or is not required plus the weight and size of the items to be delivered. For larger products and products purchased with home assembly service delivery can take approximatally 1 to 4 weeks.

Made to order products under the Just4Kidz brand take between 3 to 6 weeks for delivery, as soon as the products are ready for dispatch you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Free Delivery Information We can offer free delivery throughout most of the UK mainland but some delivery areas are excluded and not all brands are affected. Please see the delivery surcharge area information further down this page for more details. The following branded products are Free Delivery throughout all of the UK mainland and to the Isle of Wight, Stompa, Parisot, Kids Avenue, Thuka, Flexa, Trasman Kids and Gami.

None UK Mainland Delivery We also offer Free delivery to the Isle of Wight for the following product brands Parisot, Stompa, Thuka, Flexa, Urban, Kids Avenue, Trasman Kids and Gami. On average we deliver to the Isle of Wight once per month and AB, KW, IV, PA, PH, postcode areas weekly/fortnightly.

Home Assembly Service For products where home assembly service is available it can be selected from the drop down options on the product page above the add to cart button. The Delivery and Home Assembly will be carried out by the manufacturers provided delivery and assembly service and they will contact you direct normally around 3 to 5 days prior to the first available slot in your area. Delivery with home assembly can take between 1 to 4 weeks and gives you the peace of mind the product will be correctly assembled and without any of the hassle or worry about damaging parts or getting it wrong.

Next Working Day Delivery Orders must be received before 12 noon and will be clearly stated on the product page if available below the product description. If next day delivery is not convenient a week day of choice delivery can also be arranged, please just leave us a note at the time of ordering and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Local Delivery Orders for Harrogate, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Pateley Bridge, Wetherby, Ripley, Ripon, Leeds, Bradford, Shipley, Ilkley, Keighley, York and surrounding areas can be as quick as next working day or up to 28 days depending on the products purchased and if assembly is required, please call for more details.

Please contact us for more details as this will be looked at on an individual order basis based on the delivery location and product weight, additional post code areas maybe affected but not listed above, delivery to surcharge areas can also take longer to be delivered over none surcharge areas.

To prevent delivery delays please provide a contact telephone number during the checkout process so that we can call to arrange a convenient delivery date once a route has been planned.

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a no hassle returns procedure which has been designed to cause minimum inconvenience.

If an order has been dispatched and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible but within 3 days from date of receipt of the goods.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability. As authorised retailers for all our brands in most cases we simply supply a replacement part instead of a full replacement causing minimal inconvenience.

2. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased using Paypal, the debited Paypal account shall be credited).
