Due to the size of these outdoor products they are delivered via a carrier service arranged by the manufacturer on an approximate 1 to 3 week delivery service. Once the carrier has transported the goods to the closest depot to the delivery location and the delivery route is in planning they will be in contact to advise of the delivery date to make sure someone will be home to receive and sign for the delivery.
