FREE DELIVERY on UK Mainland Orders

We can deliver our products anywhere within the United Kingdom mainland and for many of our products we offer an optional white glove 2 person home assembly service.

We also offer Free delivery to the Isle of Wight for the following product brands Parisot, Stompa, Thuka, Urban and Kids Avenue. On average we deliver to the Isle of Wight once per month and AB, KW, IV, PA, PH, postcode areas weekly/fortnightly.

Delivery for many of our products takes on average less than 14 working days, please note this dose vary depending on the brand, delivery location, plus the weight and size of the items to be delivered. For larger products and products purchased with our home assembly service delivery can take between 3 to 28 days.

Made to order products under the Monza Italia brand take between 5-10 days for delivery, Home Furniture branded products take between 4-6 Weeks for delivery, and Just4Kidz branded products take between 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, as soon as the products are ready for dispatch you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Delivery Surcharge Areas Post Codes LD LL14+ PL SA18+ SY14+ TQ TR AB DD FK18 IV KA26+ KW PA19+ PH7 for some of our brands may have a delivery surcharge including but not limited to, Sweet Dreams, Flintshire Furniture, Furniture To Go, Sleep Design, Time Living. Please contact us for more details as this will be looked at on an individual order basis based on the delivery location and product weight.

Next Working Day Delivery orders must be received before 12 noon and will be clearly stated on the product page if available. If next day delivery is not convenient a day of choice delivery can also be arranged, please just leave us a note at the time of ordering and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Local Delivery orders for Harrogate, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Ripon, Leeds, Bradford, Shipley and York areas can be as quick as same day or up to 28 days depending on the products purchased and if assembly is required, please call for more details.

To prevent delivery delays please provide a contact telephone number during the checkout process so that we can call to arrange a convenient delivery date once a route has been planned.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a no hassle returns procedure which has been designed to cause minimum inconvenience.

If an order has been dispatched and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible but within 3 days from date of receipt of the goods.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability. As authorised retailers for all our brands in most cases we simply supply a replacement part instead of a full replacement causing minimal inconvenience.

2. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased using Paypal, the debited Paypal account shall be credited).
