Both bed frames are made from good quality poplar wood with wooden slatted bases suitable for standard UK single mattresses. The single bed features a tall headboard and low foot end with a modern vertical slatted design. For ease of use the handy pull out guest bed has sturdy caster wheels and fold out support legs.
A mattress with a maximum height of 18cm can be used with the Flintshire Furniture Halkyn guest bed, this is to allow enough clearance for under-bed storage.
